I'm using it (with a DisplayPort-miniDisplayPort adapter) on an M1 Mac to connect an older Dual-DVI (only) display that connects through Apple's (Thunderbolt2-Dual-DVI) adapter.Yes, it is three adapters, but it works fine and allows me to continue using the existing hardware of Display+Apple adapter on the new Mac at very low adapter cost

At first, I loved this, it worked great to connect an external monitor to my laptop. It worked for a month. At first, I thought my monitor went out, but tried I at work today with a monitor that I know works and NOTHING! For $10 I didn’t expect it to last forever, but certainly more than a month. Not worth the money
