The chair has potential to be very comfortable and may work for some people better than others. My two main issues are the 3 recline options and the arm rests settings not fitting my preferred comfort levels. I'm 6'3 with long legs so that may factor into my review I bought this chair for office and gaming use and still use it. Recline: The recline has 3 settings. 1) too upright (for me) 2) too leaned back, but mostly doable 3) way leaned back, like for watching a movie If there was a recline setting between #1 and #2 then it would be perfect for me. Customer support was helpful in trying to solve the problem by sending me a lumbar pillow, but all it did was push my back a bit in specific spots and put a little more pressure focused where the pillow was. A better solution would be a full size back pillow which you can buy online from third parties, but then you're just spending more money to make the chair work for you. Arm Height: The arm rest height has several settings, but just doesn't go low enough for me when reclined at #2. As someone with long arms the arm adjustments do not go low enough to where my arms can be flush with my desk this way. I've added a picture that shows my hand hovering over my desk. You can remove the arm rests all together which is nice, but not as ergonomic. You can also sit more upright which lets the arm rest even out, but isn't my preferred recline. Overall if the chair had a few more adjustment options it would be perfect.
