Great first laptop for son

Bought this for my son’s first laptop. He loves it and it does what it is supposed to and doesn’t lag to bad. He uses it for simple educational games and it runs office and browses the internet well enough. I do find it a little slow when I use it, however, this is to be expected with the specs of the laptop and it is not something someone who is not accustomed to a higher powered machine would even notice. Also will say my son is very gentle with it but even after a few mishaps it is pretty sturdy... I liked the light weight so he could easily travel with it but a sturdier laptop may be more suited for a child

Might be the slowest computer on this planet

Grandma was slow but Grandma was real old. Grandma could cook a Thanksgiving turkey with a cigarette lighter before the operating system opens on this. A three toed sloth could run an ultra marathon in half the time it takes to open a new tab on this computer. Grandma could shear a sheep, spin the wool, die the wool seven colors and knit three blankets by the time this thing boots up. Boo hiss what a waste. The cost to recycle will be more than it's worth. I challenge you to find a slower computer. Oh it's light weight and the battery lasts long enough to power cycle it over and over until you know you've been defeated.
