Solid power supply

Needed new power supply for the upgraded Geforce RTX4060 low profile card I got for my Lenovo desktop, so got this SilverStone SFX version. Seems perfect and is much smaller than standard ATX and allows for more room in the case. I use it with SFX to ATX bracket (PP08B). Power supply is super quiet, PC inside temperature is low so everything seems to run very efficiently. Bit expensive yet I still think it's well worth it, hopefully will last many years.

Worked for a year, starting shutting off under sub 100w loads.

I had to buy this PSU for a NAS build and I guess I should've spent more money. It currently runs an Intel 13100 with 5 3.5" drives and 1 NVME, which totals around 60-70w under a typical load and 110w when all the disks are spinning. It is currently shutting off every few days and after troubleshooting it is 100% the PSU. I would start elsewhere but the lack of a crash log is pretty conclusive since a RAM, motherboard, or Disk error would generate a log but a power interruption will definitely get in the way of generating relevant logs. The system is also connected to a UPS that my router is connected to, so if it was the UPS I would also lose all internet as well (I don't). Given the size of the system it's installed in I may as well be building the computer over again, so I'll likely never purchase from this brand again from this experience alone and given most SFX PSUs go in space constrained systems, I will also never recommend this brand for small system builds ever.
