New Balance Women's NB Essentials Stacked Logo XX-Large

I ordered this shirt along with several other New Balance items. All the shirts were too small - super short and tight fit and material was rough. I returned ALL of the unwanted items, including this shirt, in the same shipment the very next day. This shirts has being charged back to my account because they said I didn't return it. It was returned with all the other items that they accepted and I went through the process of calling the customer service department 2 weeks ago and the customer service rep said she found the item and credit my account, no worries! Now I am being charged for the shirt again because it wasn't received. I have always appreciated the convenience of Amazon until now. This experience is so frustrating - hard to get ahold of customer service and even when they told me it was handled it hasn't been. So not only was the shirt a bad purchase so is the process of returning it and now I am out the cost of the shirt.
