Works great

I was hesitant about getting a refurbished mini iPad. I had never done that before on any Apple product, but since the price was considerably lower than a new one, I thought I would take a chance. I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived quickly, and was synced to my iPhone was no problem whatsoever. All my apps were transferred and worked just fine. I am very pleased with my mini iPad.

Burned-In Red Spots On Screen Upon Arrival and Overall Bad Experience

The box came with just the iPad Mini and a charger, no original packing but that's fine. The iPad was at 9% when I first turned it on which was not a good sign because that was way lower than I would have expected for a good experience, I would have at least expected 30% charge out of the box. I plugged in the included charger while the iPad was on in order to charge it while setting it up but I got a notification that the iPad was not charging from that brick so I had to supply my own. Once the iPad was set up, as soon as I opened up the clock app I noticed there were red spots that were burned into on the screen. I returned this iPad immediately after noticing the screen issues. Overall, the seller does not seem to care about the customer experience at all and I doubt that this was inspected thoroughly. Who knows what other issues there are that they overlooked.
