great suction. average battery life.

brand new. shipped in a brown box, that's all.for a cordless, has decent suction power in the high mode. can clean carpets well and pick up fine dust and hair. i don't think the suction is comparable to my corded shark navigator 356. maybe in the turbo mode, yes, possible. the high mode is sufficient for daily cleans.battery life is average though, when set to high mode (not the turbo mode). turbo mode must be even worse. good thing is the spare battery.overall convenience of a cordless cannot be beat. best part is the stand. you can charge and spare battery and the vacuum with its mounted battery at the same time. so the batteries are both always charged and ready to go. nice!in conclusion, a well designed product. looks good and works well. hopefully will last many years.

Loved this vacuum as far as convenience with decent suction power. It was lightweight but in less than 2 years it just stopped working. It powers on for less than a minute and then shuts down. I thought the battery just went dead so I replaced the battery and fully charged it but it still shuts down shortly after I turn it on. I tried to contact support but the link here goes to a dead page…
