WOW is the first thing me and the family said. Once we turn on the ferris wheel the kids mesmerize , the lights , the songs and just the overall detail it was something they have never seen before and they could look at it for hours and they did. Can’t wait to have this beautiful piece of art on my fireplace this holiday season.

If I could give it NO STARS I would , complete disappointment with this product , I have been buying from amazon for 8 years never have I ever received such a bad item before . To begin with this has no cord ! You would think they would add one given the price , well they don’t I reached out to the seller which they never responded to ask about the cord I decided to go for it and buy it as I need it asap for my village , well no cord you need to buy your own . So I get this out and is dollar store made so cheap looking painting it’s HORRIBLE let me repeat that again HORRIBLE! It’s worser in person . As I took it out I put it right back and took it straight to UPS and returned this horrible item . Save your money this is 100% not worth it , heck I wouldn’t buy it for 20$! .

Such a fun peace to add to your Holiday decoration collection. Loved the music and that it sounded good and cute! It plays multiple little Christmas tunes, which is nice so you don’t get sick of hearing the same song over and over. My kiddos would like to use it now…. In May 😂

I love it!, it works as advertised... but didn’t come with adapter.. for 79.$ it could be better.. craftsmanship isn’t so great. First one arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and they got back to me right away and replaced it!

The only thing I would like to see is a volume control on the unit. I like that it has two settings which allow you to play the music or not while still rotating.

Before ordering the product I was aware of the no adapter part. I'd think that they'd inform you of the type of adapter to use, which I found out later in further reviews after I received it. IT'S EXTREMELY FRAGILE!!!!! Keep in mind this isn't dept. 56. I almost broke the outer fencing taking it out of the Styrofoam. I plugged it into a random adapter and it played for 1 second and stopped. Not its not working at all. Maybe i have to eat this because it may have been too much power from the random adapter but this could've been prevented had I've been informed. At least on the box or instructions or even on the product itself. I have plenty of houses that tell you the amount of power that's needed. Nonetheless, I'm a tinker guy so I'll make it work but just be aware. It comes without a cover box, just a regular old cardboard box with no pictures of the ferris wheel or anything. It's packaged pretty good though thank goodness because any drop or mishap and the fragile thing would shatter. The box was so light i almost thought it was empty.

I received my first carousel and it rotated, but made a loud sound like a vacuum cleaner and did not play music. I emailed the seller and sent a video. The seller responded promptly and said he would send a replacement. I received the replacement carousel today. It rotates, plays music, and the lights are even brighter than the first one! I’m very pleased with the carousel and the customer service of this company! I would buy from them again!

Will use this as part of our under the Christmas tree display. A few pieces had to be re-glued including the Bob sled/Santa run (and it was a pain). One of the figures had to be cut loose and repositioned. All of this was NOT what you would expect from such a pricey item. After all was said and done everything works and that is the only reason I did not return it.

I was kinda bummed about this one. It looks really cheap. Cute concept. And my little kids liked it. But even my 11 year old was surprised that it wasn’t cheap. Looks like it cost about $15 max.
