Awkward and uncomfortable.

Huge swing and a miss by Otter Box. They should have just gone with either backpack straps or a normal strap (which, by the way, is not included....thanks for that). The folding flap is completely awkward and unnecessary and it's not comfortable with either a single strap (again, not included, which is irritating) or the backpack straps (which. By trying to be cute they produced a product that is uncomfortable to use and carry in any configuration. And did I mention this duffel bag is sold without a carrying strap ?
