Tyger Auto Sport Bar

I love the look of the roll bar, gives it that "Old School" look and I have received many compliments. I run a 4x4 group and I have had 3 members go out and buy Gladiators because of the look of mine. They all said they didn't like the looks of them until they saw mine. My one compliant is that the screws come out pretty easy during 4wheeling. I go out every other weekend, all year around. I would say I have done 4-5 treks since putting my Bar on. The last 2 treks I started hearing some rattling, when I looked at my Bar, all 4 bottom screws were out 25%. No big deal for those I can tighten them, but the 2 top bar bracket screws have also come loose. One has come out and fallen into the frame, and the other will soon. I can't get to these long screws to tighten them so I will have to find someone to do a few spot welds for me or live with the rattling. They need to design these better, good for city slickers that just want the look but some of us actually use our Jeeps for what they were built for. If all the screws in this assembly come loose this easy I'm disappointed in the engineering. I would have to take the bar and wiring completely apart to tighten it properly. 5 stars on looks, 1 stars on durability. If I was installing it now and knew this challenge I would use some kind of glue or weld it together at the beginning.
