My first smartphone

This is my first smartphone, so I have nothing to compare it to, but it has worked well for me so far. I got a Verizon-compatible SIM and migrated my flip phone's TracFone account to the A10e without a hitch. All my minutes came over and I kept my phone #. I love that the A10e prefers WiFi over cellular for data and I've even used the WiFi hotspot feature to connect my laptop to the Internet while out and about. Calls are clear and it hasn't dropped one yet. I added an Evocel case with a belt clip, and the A10e is lightweight enough that it's not much different from carrying my flip phone. No pro would ever use the cameras, but they're adequate for unexpected photo ops. The battery life has been fine for my purposes, but then I'm not a heavy user. So, no regrets on the hardware. I wish more apps could be moved to the SD card (I added 64GB), but that's not the A10e's fault.

I purchased this phone to replace my broken note 8. I didn't want to drop another 1000 dollars on a phone when all I do is browse social media, text and listen to music. And for 150 bucks this phone is phenomenal. It is a slimed down galaxy experience. It's not as snappy in the ui, apps take a second longer to load, the camera isn't the best. But for what I use my phone for it is a steal at that price point. The screen is what really sells it imo it looks like a screen that you would find on an expensive phone, and with a case the plastic back isnt noticable. It feels high end and good in the hand, perfect size. I'm on AT&T and I just slapped my sim card from my note 8 in there and it started working perfectly. Honestly it's one of my favorite phones ever, simply because it was so cheap. It feels like a flagship phone when your using it, minus the camera. Just give it a shot, I bet you won't be disappointed.
