Cuisinart SS-15FR 12 cups Coffeemaker Silver (Open Box)

Coffee maker started to leak water out of the bottom of the unit near the hot plate, not the single serve reservoir, and when making a full size pot I would lose a 1-2 cups on the counter. The single serve tank is a known problem, but less so the main tank. I thought, at the time, it was me pouring sloppy or too quickly and it going onto the counter. However after making a pot and watching it seep out the side of the unit emptying 8 cups of water onto the counter... I was not impressed.... I tried to make another pot last night because COFFEE and it emptied 10 cups of water onto the counter only filling the carafe with 2.... Sigh. Contacted Cuisinart and got ZERO reply. Honestly disappointed and annoyed. I've bought nothing but their coffee makers for 20 years and this was the first I had problems with, and the last... since my attempt to get even a response was ignored I guess I have to go with another brand.
