Precision and Versatility in One Tool – The KIZEN LaserPro LP300 is a Game-Changer!"
By bernard salzman on Reviewed in the United States on December 11, 2024
I recently purchased the KIZEN Infrared Thermometer Gun (LaserPro LP300), and it has quickly become an essential tool for various tasks. This handheld thermometer is incredibly versatile, with a wide temperature range from -58°F to 1112°F, making it suitable for checking surface temperatures on griddles, grills, ovens, pizza ovens, vehicle engines, and even A/C units. The laser targeting system is precise, allowing for accurate readings without having to get too close to hot surfaces, which is a great safety feature. The thermometer is easy to use, with a clear digital display that provides quick and reliable readings. It feels sturdy in hand and has a user-friendly design that makes it intuitive, even for beginners. I’ve used it for cooking tasks, such as monitoring grill and pizza oven temperatures, and it’s been a game-changer for ensuring consistent results. Additionally, it’s been helpful for non-cooking purposes, like diagnosing car engine or A/C issues. One of the standout features is the ability to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius, which is convenient for different applications. The thermometer also has a good battery life, and the auto-shutoff function helps conserve power. My only minor critique is that it doesn’t come with a storage case, which would make it easier to keep the device protected. Overall, the KIZEN LaserPro LP300 is a reliable, high-quality tool that delivers precise surface temperature readings for a wide range of uses. Whether you’re a home cook, a car enthusiast, or just need a dependable thermometer for household tasks, I highly recommend it!

Used a few times. Temp recorded was never accurate- but the infrared sensor makes it fun to play with.
