Simple Deluxe 20 Inch High Velocity Fan

This fan vibrates & shakes way too bad. Fan blades must be balanced just right or the fans motor/shaft bearings fail far too soon. This fan wasn't balanced at all so it vibrates way too bad. On install it was so bad it would have absolutely vibrated off my garage wall if I ran it very long at any speed. Over an hour of bending the blades/grille mine was finally running much smoother than arrived. But' no matter what we do this fan still shakes bad enough where bearing life will be severely shorter. No doubt about it!! There is no way this fan will last near as long as one that is correctly balanced in a good fan factory will last. As my bad luck continued on due to covid restrictions it was installed well past my return period so Ill get to see its bearings seize up being Im stuck with it. No box damage at all so either their Quality Control inspector was asleep or QC is just non existent with this corp idk? My suggestion here is just buy a better fan from a better corp folks. I retired from manufacturing, I worked at Whirlpool many yrs too so believe me when I say this. There is absolutely no excuse for a product to leave a factory like this. Simply put this fan was never tested before being shipped. Like many others on here who are retired with health issues we certainly dont have the added funds it takes to return all these poorly made products made today. Not with all our damn medicine/insurance companies robbing American wallets first. Sorry just speaking for myself but I certainly dont have any extra funds to pizz away like this. P.O.S....
