I’ve been using these for wrist support when I lift and think that it has helped tremendously. My wrists aren’t hurting as badly and I feel like I can lift a little bit heavier despite the tendinitis in my thumb and wrist. I feel it’s good quality and a good price so I think it's worth the purchase. They work great like they're supposed to, no complaints.
