From the seller, nothing but great things to say.. The phone came in better than expected condition (bought it refurbished). It has all the features of a brand new phone, and looks great. The battery was at a solid 90%+, and the storage capacity is incredible. The OLED screen and surround sound speakers are amazing, and it plays movies with seamless and movie theater quality. It stays connected permanently, and the wireless charging is very convenient. It has many unlocking options and safety features, a good screen size which is large enough without being too big, and is waterproof-rated well. The only gripe I have is with the phone battery - it seems to deplete rather quickly, but I do watch movies and play games on it, which tend to do that with any phone. Overall, it's a great phone, and I would highly recommend the model.

This is the WORST Amazon Purchase I have EVER made

Listen, I know your reading other reviews before you buy this phone. Some reviews are saying they got a near MINT condition iphone, or a iphone that's in "not so bad" condition. But then there are ones like the one I received. This screen had the most amount of scuffs, scratches, and cracks i've ever seen. It's so bad. Also, the battery was at a frightening low 85%. The phone was not even factory reset either!! In fact, the last person who used this even left their call history on here AND a picture. Are you serious? You actually got to be joking sending out a product like this given the listing description the seller is providing. This literally feels like someone else's return. Oh ALSO, I spent $15 EXTRA dollars for FASTER shipping.......and it ended up arriving 4 DAYS LATER than standard shipping would cost. AND the seller shipped this in a jiffy envelope. I repeat, the seller sent a iPhone in a JIFFY envelope. This is beyond unacceptable. And I have pictures to prove all of this. Its such a tight fit in this envelope that I can’t even get it back inside to send it back! So currently, I have reached out to the seller because I would like to receive a replacement iPhone XS Space Gray Unlocked in good condition like in the other positive reviews you see here as well as a refund on my shipping costs so we'll see what happens. However, if that does not work out I am returning, getting a full refund and never looking back. TLDR: The amount of stress this purchase has caused me is not worth the price in the slightest. Don't bother. Seller takes DAYS to respond. This is truly the worst purchase I have EVER made on Amazon. Never Again. Seriously...This was a nightmare of an experience...buyer beware.
