Best Keyboard - Ive ordered for the entire office!
By Susan C. on Reviewed in the United States on September 4, 2024
After trying out this keyboard a few years ago, I ended up ordereing them for the entire office. The layout is good, the wrist rest is padded and comfortable. The mouse is ergonomically comfortable. Battery life for both is excellent. The only reason I have to replace mine about every 12 months is because of the extrememly large volume of typing I do. By then I have worn off the letters from the most used keys and it is not as smooth and quiet to type. I only wish they sold a custom dust cover for this. I work in manufacturing and the dust gets everywhere. So far Ive just used canned air to keep the keyboard clean but a cover would be great!

Defective keypad ~ BUYER BEWARE!!!
By M Gowens on Reviewed in the United States on September 13, 2024
I order the Logitech MK550 Wireless Wave K350 keyboard and mouse combo after several reviews. The ordered it in July and it took a month to arrive. I happy to receive the keyboard that was shipped inside an amazon box. When I opened and hooked up the keyboard it was very easy. However, once I went to use the keyboard I discovered that on the number key pad that 0,5,7 do not work. I went back and looked at the box the keyboard came in and noticed tape on both ends of the box, I thought was part of it being packaged. I have now decided that it was defective and returned and Amazon just shipped the defective keyboard out instead of pulling it from the inventory. I am now on an hour + wait phone call with Logitech to see what can done about the defective key pad. I am extremely frustrated that it took Amazon a month to get the product to me and the return window was only 3 weeks. Amazon took so long to deliver the item, you would guess it was mailed directly from China. Because the order was delayed, I was closing out the year and I am just finally getting to hooking up the keyboard, which quick and easy. Unfortunately, the key pad is defective! The return window is now closed! I am not impressed with Amazon product support and their VERY L O N G slow delivery!!!

The set up on this is so easy. Just batteries and a USB plug in to the laptop. Flawless connection between usb, keyboard and mouse. The wave design supports my wrists for long bouts of typing. The mouse glides really easily. Typing on the keys is very quiet even when I get ramped up on a big email. There are some cheaper options available, but I’ve tried those and this one takes the cake! Really good value for the money. I am on my second set here but not because anything broke on the first…I lost the usb connector on vacation since I took it out to charge my phone. Works great, highly recommend!
Best Keyboard - Buy a new one

If you have big hands it's really hard to type on a laptop. It's like texting on a smart phone. But these keyboards are more rare now and if you buy a used one they often don't come with the USB (you can get one for $7 and reprogram it on their web site but I didn't know at the time). I have this new and used and you can feel the snappiness on a new keyboard. Best keyboard I ever owned. One tiny USB works for mouse + keyboard.
I love it, it has big keys and works well.

I had put a one before because I thought it was the keyboard, however I brought the cover to protect your keys to go with it. I believe that is what was causing the keyboard to act up. I have now removed the protector and it is working well.

Nice ergonomics

I am an accomplished keyboarder (what we used to call typing) with a speed of 80-110 words per minute (in my prime). Ergonomically, this board is very nice and comfortable. Auxiliary keys are easy to find without looking. The feel of the keys is nice but typing on it produces loud clicking. Most keyboards I've used are much quieter. My other criticisms are that the NUMLOCK key does not have a lighted indicator on the keyboard itself, and that the keys to not have illumination (needed for typing in a poorly lit or dark room. I've had one of these keyboards at home. I like it enough to have purchased another for my office but I'm going to look at newer models that would have the extra features I like.
Best keyboard and mouse for the money

I'm a professional software engineer and use this for my home workstation. I've tried other keyboards and this one is great. I will say I see newer models but they are very expensive and unsure if they will be better. I replaced this same model because the mouse stopped working properly but that was after about 6-8 years using it every day. Having the number pad is great too especially since we have to enter codes all day to get into system with all the SSO security. The mouse is great. I will say that I did get a small wrist pad for the mouse and that really helps with fatigue. I recommend anyone who works on a computer all day to look into raising their wrist. You can even take the mouse and FOB if you need to travel to the office and it will still work. You will just need to put it back to use the keyboard at home.

Nice touch

It has a nice touch to it. It does feel softer when striking the keys. Unfortunately I have to do what I do in a hurry still strike the keys really hard in my haste. I haven’t the learn to push the keys down lightly and still have speed. I don’t know about the ergonomics of it. I mean nothing extra aches from using it nor has any of my ailments been relieved by it. My tendinitis is still pretty bad and getting worse but no fault of the keyboard, I was hoping it would help, but I just think I’m not using it right or it just doesn’t help. Well at least the keyboard works. Two keyboards from the office has crashed on me so this one will do nicely (would be nice if the company help pay for it…I know keep dreaming). Only reason not 5 stars cuz it’s just an overall “nice” and comfortable keyboard. Doesn’t scream fantastic.
