Stopped Working After Just a Few Months

I originally loved this wine opener. It was cute and fit our kitchen decor nicely BUT it stopped working after only 3-4 months of use. Even after charging it for as little as a few hours and as long as 24 hours, it still moves so slow like it’s dying and it doesn’t fully remove the cork from the bottle. After manually turning the opener into the cork, we’re able to get the cork out of the bottle but then can’t get the cork out of the wine opener itself. It’s really ridiculous and pretty disappointing. Of course we were past the return window once it stopped working so now it’s just a waste of money and I have to buy I know. Definitely won’t be purchasing this one again.
