I love that it is very sturdy and the long arm that holds the phone or tablet is extremely firm and difficult to bend. This feature helps hold the phone and tablet in place.

Wont hold an iPad mini or iPhone without dropping, and it’s almost impossible to position this. Zero stars if that was an option.
