Used on 1 trip, they are coming apart and no option for replacement

Both my wife and I bought a pair and used them on a single trip and put them up, but when I went to grab them from my closet, found them to be coming apart. Maybe my pair was defective because my wife's seem to be ok but unfortunately there is no replacement option. Disappointing since they were highly recommended.
