Apple iPad Pro 11" Tablet (2018)(S&D) (Open Box)

I could not set it up to begin with because the voiceover was on. It kept messing up typing on the pad. It is currently working now so I have no complaints currently. We will see how it goes with refurbished items it can go either way. It came with zero charge in it but it did come with an iPad charger! So far I wish I would have known to turn the voice over off sooner and save myself some stress, so if you're having to double or triple tap on your things and it's telling you what you're typing you have to hit the home button three times. Other than that after turning it off the setup is going smoothly I will have updates if it does not go well.

All in all good, slight knick in frame, love the size and fits in my purse. Havent had to change the screen protector since i got it

I selected refurbish- excellent quality. Highly disappointed it has multiple scratches on the main screen not the screen protector that it came with. One of the corners is dented. It is a huge disappointment. Refurbish excellent quality in my mind has a completely different exception when receiving a product. I hope this review helps other choose wisely. Also take into consideration that the product does work just fine. However when in procreate randomly i saw two very thin lines apear on the screen. They would disappear and reappear randomly. Not sure if that is a software issue or display. I am pretty sure the screen is not original and 3rd party repaired. If i had a choice again i would not buy from this seller again. Huge disappointment. worst excellent condition i have ever seen. The seller should be banned from selling for falsifying quality condition.

The refurbished iPad I ordered came in excellent condition, not a scratch and came with a screen protector. Would buy again. 👍

I bought this iPad in mid-November 2023, for $360. I am a student who uses it to draw, take notes, and access a handful of ios-exclusive apps. I cannot believe old gal is still kicking. The iPad had extreme charging problems and at some point would not charge at all, and on the verge of not being able to use it at all, I plugged in its original cord and now it works again. I do not know how long we will keep this charade up, it and I. 64GB of storage isn't enough. Go for a bigger one. I was certain I would use it for only one thing too, and now I wish I'd sprung for 256GB. The screen is the perfect size for me, and I think if you mostly use a laptop and use a tablet as a sort of addon to your life, it will be the perfect size for you too. I'm glad they have since brought the price down, because I think that as it is currently selling for, about $280, is more reasonable, considering it's an old iPad with very little storage, that may have unexpected problems you have to deal with.

the ipad came in very good condition thankfully , i was very hesitant when purchasing because of the reviews but safe to say it was a success 😊. the ipad is 11 inches and i’m upgrading from a 10.2 inch so i would say the size is good and the screen is big plus it comes with a screen protector on it already??? that’s a plus. only problem i would say is there is two small dents on the bottom edges but then again i did purchase a refurbished ipad so i shouldn’t expect the most highest brand new product. but anyways i’m very satisfied with my purchase , definitely would say to buy this.

I tried out the "seller refurb" route using amazon refresh. Technically all amazon does is sell seller refurb items and provide amazon backed return policy which is why i tried it. I decided to not go the apple refurb route for the ipad pro 256gb so I can save myself $130 by getting it through amazon. I figured I could get the squaretrade 2 yr warranty for 2 yrs if I liked the ipad as I had 30 days to buy the warranty. I got it from Woot which is just a hub for different sellers think like ebay sellers selling under 1 centralized hub. Item was marked as "Like New" so i figured why not plus I bought from amazon warehouse so the return would be directly to amazon no 3rd party emails back and forth to approve the return. It arrived in a generic white box and the ipad was wrapped in bubble wrap. Something about that presentation just yells lack of quality in terms of packaging. The ipad corners came dented like someone dropped it. It wasnt the end of the world but thats not really "like new" thats more "good" condition. The ipad screen was scratch free. I seen a half inch hairline scratch which is only visible under directly light and I was looking for it but under normal conditions I would never notice it hence why I call it "scratch free". It arrived with no charge which is pretty annoying frankly they should have shipped it with some juice to get it started. The provided charger was 3rd party and did not charge the battery so like others said bet on the provided charger not to work. I had to use my personal usb c charger to get this powered on. After doing a full charge and doing an update. I did diagnostics on it to check overall functionality. Used the "phone diagnostic" and "battery tester". Phone diagnostics test that were applicable all checked out fine. The battery tester rated from 0-1000. 1000 was brand new 0 was a crap battery. This battery was rated at 585 and I ran it 3 times and each test was consistently at 585. That rating had it close to the yellow (not good). I ran the same test on my ipad 9.7 the other day and I was getting 800 on that unit. If I paid under $200 for this I would have kept it but not for $500. I have a ton of eink devices remarkable/onyx boox since I can't stand the quick battery drain on the ipad so it did not make sense to spend $500 on a something with 50% battery on it. I heard for a new battery apple will replace that for $100. I did a quick cost assessment and buying the ipad apple refurb is $140 more (including tax) and they put in a new battery and replace the body for the peace of mind. The extra expense was a no brainer. I packed this back up and sent it back 2 hours after opening it then bought the apple refurb on the apple store online. All in all I would not be buying a "used" electronic from Amazon again unless if it was for an time under $50 as its very likely to be crap quality.
