Great for a baritone saxophone

My son says this is very comfortable and works better than a regular neck strap and he can use it for all of his saxophones.

The worst

I am a professional Saxophonist and I am a musician full-time. I purchased this neck strap because The description matched all my needs, but as soon as I used it on my next gig it immediately fell apart more like crumbled! Save your money don’t buy

Really glad I bought this sax strap. It’s like the sax is floating! There’s no pressure on my neck at all. I love the design. Highly recommended!!

A Wonderful design, which relieves stress around the neck area, makes the sax feel like it's floating. In actuality, I feel like I am playing better. However, the clip design was a little flimsy for me. So I replaced it with a spring-loaded locking hook(pictured above). Much more secure, took a while to figure out how to take it apart. Now it's working great - locking snap swivel hook should be an available option.

Excellent alternative to a neck strap. I'd say it's about perfect except one thing. When I play for more than an hour, it does cause mild pain in my upper trapezius muscles. Adjusting it does help. I'd say, for me, a harness is still more comfortable, but I really like how lite the Jazzlab is so I switch back and forth.

I was skeptical about this neck strap but I grew to love it. The first time I used it for 20 minutes and didn't really like it. Then I adjusted the length to fit me better and the next day I played for an hour and it was better. The next few times I played for an hour each and realized the pain in my neck was gone! This Jazzlab neck strap made me hold my tenor at a slightly different angle because it was changing the posture of my chin and neck. That took some getting used to, but now I love it and really appreciate the weight no longer being on my neck!
As advertised

I own both the "original" Saxholder and now the ProXL. The original/regular model is fine for playing alto, but I was at the absolute bottom of the strap while playing tenor. The ProXL now gives me more than enough adjustment in length. The shoulder supports are now locking (release is on the back side of the center "joint") but can still be released to sit wider on your shoulders but be aware they only lock in the most closed position. The length of the shoulder supports is also longer. The strap string also now locks into place so there's absolutely no slippage. I find the ProXL to be more agreeable with me when I'm sitting and playing. With tenor, it will still want to pull a little to the right because of the horn being over there, but not as much as the original/regular. It's definitely manageable. The chest support also now has a turning mechanism that also locks, but easy to adjust by turning the knob to shorten or lengthen. It also feels even more freeing on my neck and the horn feels very light. I would NOT recommend the ProXL for playing alto unless you're about 8 ft. tall as the strap string is too long. Overall, highly recommended for adult tenor players.
Excellent comfort when holding the saxophone.

I have used these for nearly a decade with altos and tenors and have enjoyed the fact that the weight of the instrument is supported by my upper back with no pressure on my neck. This product works well for me whether I am seated or standing. I have purchased this one because I stepped on and broke one that I had used for years. Otherwise this product has proven to be durable if used in a reasonable manner.
Unique and works well!

I haven't used it very long, but so far this is an excellent product and recommend it highly.

I've been a sax player for over 50 years and this harness has been a life saver. After years of my tenor hanging in my neck, this product has relieved a lot of neck and back issues. I've tried others but this is the one. And for the price, you most certainly can't go wrong. Just be sure to buy the right size!!!!
