Shipped fast, works just as advertised. The only thing that's a little tricky is replacing the tape, doesn't come with instructions so you have to google how to replace it.

Been using CELAMARK MX-5500. AFTER USING REGULARLY FOR MORE THAN 5 YEARS IN STORE. BOUGHT THIS ONE NTEX. ITS COPY OF ORIGNAL ONE BUT NEVER WORK SAME. PRICE NUMBER ROLLER IS NOT SMOOTH AT ALL. LABEL ROLL KEEP STUCKING IN GUN. YOU LOOSE QUITE BIT LABEL ROLL .
