Extremely Satisfied!

I struggled with finding an office chair that met a good balance between cost and features. It's difficult when you can't try them before buying; so much so that I almost purchased one from Staples out of frustration. So I researched and compared and read reviews. This chair checked all my requirements but it was a little more than I wanted to spend. After weighing the pros and cons of buying a cheaper chair, I decided to purchase this one. I am so very impressed with this chair, that I felt compelled to share my feedback. PROS 1) Packaging was meticulous. Everything was placed and wrapped well. 2) Assembly was a snap. Instructions were easy to follow. 3) All the bolts and caps had one extra. 4) The best Allen wrench ever provided, lol. Seriously, it had a nice handle attached. 5) Comes with 2 sets of caster wheels, one being very nice rollerblade style for extra smooth mobility especially on carpet. 6) The chair is heavy and sturdy with an aluminum base. Everything felt durable and high-quality. 7) Ergonomics are superb. Very supportive and comfortable. 8) Folding armrests, which was something I was looking for specifically. 9) Comfortable, adjustable headrest. CONS 1) The only con, which is not an issue as long as you are aware before you buy, is that it is a tad bit tall, even at its lowest position. I am 5'10" and will use it at the lowest position. If you are shorter than that or have shorter legs, it may be an issue. Also, the default caster wheels (no blade style), are about an inch shorter, so that is an option if you need it. So far, I am extremely satisfied with everything about this chair. It is well worth the cost. I haven't sat in it for long periods of time yet, but if anything changes, I will update my feedback accordingly. I hope this helps someone else who is researching which chair to buy. The struggle is real, lol!

Falls apart and becomes very uncomfortable

I bought this chair shortly before suddenly going overseas because of the start of the COVID pandemic and needless to say, I barely got to use it before leaving. I ended up being overseas for quite a while since I left right at the start of the pandemic. Once I finally returned, I was able to put this chair to good use but unfortunately after not even a month of use, the cushion for the seat started coming out. I have back problems which is a huge reason I invested in a good chair thinking this was it but as the cushion started making its way out, every now and then I had to get down and push it back in. I could not return this since I had this chair far past the return window because I was overseas and I have now had this chair for 3 years and the cushion comes out within a day of using this chair. My back pain is now much worse so I am much more reluctant to bend over and push it back into place. I am a disabled veteran now so I do not make much money so to throw this expensive chair away and buy another one pains me but I will have to do so because without this cushion, surprisingly there is much less much needed support in the seat and the plastic on the edge digs into the bottom of your legs. Not only this but the armrests became loose and I had to take them apart completely in order to get to the screw deep inside that holds them in place. This took longer to happen but I have had chairs in the past that cost much less than this that lasted longer with less issues. Extremely disappointed
