Easy to set up ... but there are monthly fees for the workouts!

This was so easy to set up, but remember to read the fine print. You still have to sign up for monthly exercise classes in order to use this mirror. I was trying to avoid monthly fees and ended up returning the mirror. I do know people who have the mirror and use it faithfully!

Christmas present for my wife. She tells me it's terrible. She spends a ton of time trying to find a workout video that actually turns on. It seems like every function is designed to be a touchscreen but this is not a touchscreen. I thought it was but my own fault I just assumed it would be for a thousand bucks. She has sent multiple request to fix the videos so they play but no response. This is garbage do not buy
