The product charges well, meets battery life expectations. The hoverboard is durable and was easy for our grandson to use. (49", 65#) . He absolutely love it! He has a ripstick but it doesn't work well on uneven/cracked surfaces - the motherboard doesn't require a super smooth surface. Great gift for a super active boy!

We purchased this Hoover board back in October because we thought the price was right. Fast forward to Christmas when we gifted the item to our son it worked OK for the first few minutes and then malfunctioned. My son could have been seriously hurt as it spun out of control it literally went berserk. My son has had no issues with the neighbors Hooverboard as he knows how to use them properly but it’s a different brand and never had such issue. I do not RECOMMEND this brand.
