Best Value for the Money

I needed some high quality and reasonably priced earbuds and these are 5 Star! I have used JBL products both professionally and recreationally for a long time so I knew I could count on them. I did my research and am pleased to say I am totally satisfied with this purchase. The sound quality is clean and natural with plenty of bass and realistic sounding highs and lows and mids. They don’t have booming lows yet they are tight and punchy- just the way they are meant to be heard in the mix. The volume is good and the charge lasts forever but maybe most importantly, everyone says they sound great on phone calls. They are way to answer and hang up and perfectly clear. The Siri feature for my iPhone is easy to use too. Get these! They are well made and you won’t be disappointed.

Good enough as long as they work...
By J. Fukura on Reviewed in the United States on April 7, 2020
I have had these for 4 months and have loved them. They were working great, good battery life, decent sound quality for an earbud, but then one morning, the right ear stopped working. I take them on runs 3-4 times per week, but otherwise take care of them without doing anything crazy to them. Haven't dropped them, no damage to the cord. Not sure if this is just a defective pair, a sweat issue perhaps, or just bad quality control. Needless to say, I'm in the market for another pair of headphones and will likely not be going with JBL again.

Great wireless headphones that stay in while running

I've only had them for a few weeks, but so far they've worked great. Battery lasts a week of sessions at the gym, about 90 minutes a day. No problems with connectivity or other issues. Plenty loud enough for a noisy gym. Also, they stay in very well with the wings on them. Can't speak to how long they'll last, but so far so good.
It's OK

I also have a Jabre E65 which has much more Base but that isn't the problem with this. The controls are too small and don't respond all the time..it only allows one device connection at a time and the ear piece sticks out noticeably. It's OK and I use it for running but the Jabre is my favorite for listening to music

JBL is the best!

I have 3 JBL bluetooth speakers, and I swear by them. So, when I needed to buy a pair of bluetooth earbuds, this was naturally my go to. Once again, I am impressed with the quality of this product. Great sound, cancels noise pretty well, and the battery life (so far) seems pretty great. Also, the quality on phone calls is excellent. I would absolutely recommend these!
Decent headphones, but lack the JBL quality

I definitely feel like these cost more then they're worth. I knew I was down-grading from the ones I had, but I'm a little disappointed. Previously, I had a pair of LG JBL tones, had them for 3 years before the battery life dwindled down problematically low, but they still work. I got these Reflects, (paid like $10 less than the old pair) as they had a much more comfortable design, being just a wire connecting two earbuds as opposed to the structured horseshoe shape. I've never been more frustrated with an inanimate object in my life, because the noise cancellation is pretty darn good so I only keep one bud in at a time. If anyone prefers to keep a bud out for the sake of their own voice volume, or awareness of surroundings, or just out of courtesy, this is a problem. There are no clips, so whatever bud you have hanging out is heavy enough to weigh down the wire and pull the whole other earbud out of your ear. The buds already don't stay in very well to begin with, even with the weird parts that are supposed to like hook into the shell of your ear. I can't adjust my shirt or my hair without the whole set falling out and this is with the biggest buds in my little ears. The rubber bud pieces are just too soft to stay put. I've been pretty stuck on JBL and it's sound quality since I got my first portable speaker 10 years ago, but the quality for music and calls for these PALES in comparison to anything JBL brand that I had before. The call quality is pretty trash, I'm not gonna lie. It's very muffled on both ends so I guess the mic isn't very good either, I can hear more in the background of a phonecall than the voice of the person I'm talking to, and I can also hear myself which is confusing, and if something makes a loud sound in the background of a phone call, the feedback is intense. The music just doesn't have that soul-rattling bass that they're known for. It's still okay though, still better than cheap headphones. Battery life is as it's describe, but i LOVE that it only took 15 minutes to fully charge from empty. All the other ones have taken from 30 minutes to an hour, so that was amazing to me. All in all, they're not a complete loss. If the earbuds fit you right and you have them both in, you have some decent lightweight headphones with still-jammable music quality that silences the whole world out and charges in a flash.

I bought these for the gym and for trail running. They fit great and have never fallen out of my ears, which was the most important thing to me. The sound quality is very good also, very clear. The noise cancellation is impressive. Even if I pause my music and try to listen to the background, I can barely hear any background noise. I am so happy with these!

Love these earbuds! Had the first Gen set and kept up my insurance with Best Buy. Went to trade them in because they have been put through the wringer, but they didn’t sell them anymore (tbh 5 years later). That’s their fail because I got them for half the price on Amazon and they offered a 3 year warranty at a lesser cost. They fit perfectly in my ears, with sizes for changing. Very user friendly. Will continue to buy this style of earbuds from jbl until they shut down production.
Downgrade from the original version, and will not pair with computers

I've been using JBL reflect mini's for a very long time. No problems at all with the original version, but the battery finally started to fail after years of use so I got these reflect mini 2's. Everything about this new version seems like a downgrade compared to the originals. JBL. You completely failed to improve anything. - Will not pair with computers running windows 10 and bluetooth version 4.2. I tried 3 different PC's. JBL lists 4.2 as the Bluetooth version that these run so I dont understand why but it wont work. It did pair with my Iphone without any issues though. -The buttons are NOT as tactile or easy to find with your fingers as the original. Not bad, but not better for sure. -The sound is good but not excellent. Just like the original. -They added more dialog to the voice which really annoys me because I dont like hearing unnecessary dialog from my bluetooth devices that I can never turn off. It was perfect before. - They added a cinching clip to the wire that is just weird, unnecessary, and in the way. If I were keeping these I'd cut it off. If they wanted to improve the Reflect Mini original, they should have just added magnets to hold them together around my neck when dangling and installed a stronger transmitter. That would have been a real improvement.
Stopped working after 2 months

I am a distance runner and used these headphones specifically for my runs. I have used many different wireless headphones in the past, but I enjoyed these headphones more than any others. They were affordable, comfortable, and sweat-proof. The sound quality was great and the battery life was decent. However, I have only owned them for two months and out of no where they stopped working. They were working great a few days ago, but when I tried to turn them on yesterday, the light wouldn’t come on. So I thought they were dead and charged them... well the light still wouldn’t come on. I left them charging for about an hour, but still nothing. I did the factory reset too, but nothing seems to work. If anyone has any tips, please let me know because I would love to continue using these. I did read some more recent reviews of people experiencing the same issue and they’ve had to throw them out. I would 100% recommend this to runners if they worked longer than 2 months, but since that is not the case, do not waste your money on this product.
