gb Pockit Air All Terrain Compact Travel Stroller (Open Box)

If I can give this product a minus star review I would. I bought this stroller with high expectations because I was traveling out of country for a month and thought that this stroller would be so handy and helpful because it can be folded. I bought it a month before I traveled so I can get use to the mechanism of the stroller, we didn’t use it much before traveled but often open and close it, it was pretty hard but I thought because it was a new product and just needed to used. Until the day I had to come back to the US, me my daughter were almost missed our flight back to the US because I was trying to open the stroller, it took a while until I could. Then we got to our gate, when everyone was boarding the plane, I was struggling to fold it back and still won’t let me. I asked people to helped and they still couldn’t fold it, so the only option is to leave the stroller behind if not, I would’ve missed my flight. My daughter had to walk a very long walk to the gate once we were back to the US because we left our stroller back in Jeddah airport. I believe I am entitled for a full refund because of the trouble that this stroller caused us, even if I don’t have the actual product to return. I still would to warn everyone who think twice to get this stroller, better find better option. Don’t get lured by their big discount, it’s because the product is so awful and can hurt your child.
