Great Shelf-Stereo

Love this compact stereo. It's attractive looking, puts out great sound quality and volume, and is a good value. Easy to use and has all the features I wanted including equalizer, FM radio and antenna, CD player, Bluetooth, Auxiliary-In, USB, and a handy remote control for all of them. It's also kind of cool and nostalgic to have a Victrola in the house.

Disappointing Sound

Compact design with very easy, intuitive setup. Unfortunately, the CD playback sound is subpar and none of the equalizer options help. The Flat and Pop options are flat and dull, the Classic option has no bass, the Jazz and Rock options have a bit more oomph but at a higher volume the sound becomes unbearably tinny. I listened to several CDs with different music types and got the same result. The tiny remote is best suited for a toddler’s hands. Easy return at Kohls.
