Holosun 3X Flip-to-Side Magnifier (Open Box)

The Holosun model itself is fine. It's overpriced for what it is (only 3x magnification) but the advantage is it has a QD switch, whereas most competitor models need a wrench to install and remove it to put it on different guns. If you want a magnifier with a QD switch, there is this, an Eotech that is comically overpriced, and some Chinese clones and counterfeits that are hit and miss at best, but not reliable. The problem is the seller on this page (Euro Optic) sent me a noticeably used unit for a new price. I bought it new on this page but what I got had scratches and lint on it, plus the box was scratched and peeled off like it had stickers removed and/or water damage. They either sent me a tester or a return, but one that was so obviously used that whoever selected it at the business would have had no misunderstandings about the fact that it wasn't new. It shouldn't have passed QC, and they did this hoping I wouldn't care and they could get away with it. If it was offered at a 40% discount then I'd be happy, but now I have to send this back and be without the optic I paid a couple hundred bucks for, for another week or two. Worse, it didn't seem that replacement was an option so I have to ship it back and wait for a refund, then order it somewhere else. This seller doesn't offer no-print returns at Kohls like a lot of stores do, so I have to drive to another city to return it at a Whole Foods if I don't want to ship it myself. I recommend avoiding this seller.
