GREAT Value at a Decent Price

This is actually my second pair of these ear buds. The only reason for 2 is the charging case for the first set got flooded in my pocket during a down pour. SURPRISINGLY, the buds themselves survived with NO issues but the case lost the ability to be recharged therefore once it was dead, it could no longer recharge the buds. I have so many praises for this product. The sound quality is wonderful, both during a call or listening to my music. The 3 stage EQ ability is also a winner for me. Even the quality of my voice to a caller is full and clear. BUT...my most favorite feature of all is the "AWARE" feature. This allows for ambient sound to pass through the buds while listening to music or just having the buds in ear between calls. TO EXPLAIN: You can listen to music (if your aren't blasting your ear drums LOL) and still hear someone speak to you, even hold a conversation, without removing the buds. Or already have them in while waiting for a call or just ending one, you can still hear what is going on around you. I find this extremely convenient. While other brands and even newer versions of these boast Additional Noise Canceling (ANC) which these do NOT have. These can let ambient sound in IF DESIRED !! That said, if it is less outside noise that you want, these come with 3 sizes of ear cushions of which one is like "memory foam". This closes off outside noise quite well. In my opinion, all this adds up to a nice quality product that won't "break the bank" !

Connectivity Issues are unacceptable
By melendal on Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2019
I got these very recently, and I'm already considering returning these asap. I've been a fan of JLab for a very long time and they are my go to company for my headphone and earbud products. Not only that, but I very rarely leave reviews for anything. This is the exception however, not only to warn other consumers, but in hopes that JLab will bring out an updated and better version of this product. Let me start with what they do in fact get right. The sound quality is amazing. In true JLab fasion, they get their signature sound perfect for me. Not only that, but the ability to triple tap the right bud and hear your surroundings without a third party app is a godsend. The call quality is also great on both ends with these earbuds as well, which I love. Also the built in cable is very helpful to me for the simplicity of plugging these in my laptop when I needed. The times that these things do work, they work great. The problem comes in the connectivity. There is a 50 percent chance it seems that these buds will work great and you'll love your purchase. There is also a 50 percent chance that the left earbud will not be fully connected to the right bud or the phone, the media or call you're listening to will sound distorted and robotic like a scratched DVD, and/or they'll be disoriented and you'll hear an echo (usually from right to left). This alone has made my experience with these earbuds very sour. As a long time fan of JLab, this was extremely disappointing. My longest lasting earbuds are from about 2 years ago and have been through hell and back. Even so they still sound just as amazing from when I got them out of the box to this day. These earbuds however, I would've thought someone brought these for 15 bucks on from a sketchy craigslist guy that dropped these a couple times in the toilet before reselling them. Don't get me wrong. I really do love JLabs products and this is the only one I've had problems with. I'm making this review in hopes this issue can be fixed, or someone can reach out to me and explain that this is not a common thing and I got a the short straw in the lot. TL;DR: Aggravating issue with the left earbud keeping up with the right
