Still the best sounding and longest lasting buds in the $250 and below range
By PinkTheSink on Reviewed in the United States on June 9, 2020
I originally preordered these over a year ago, directly from Klipsch for full msrp. ($200)They can be a little finicky until you learn how to wear and set them up. (That’s was some users are docking them a few stars) Once you do and learn all the left/right click options z; they are the best sounding and longest lasting buds.No ANC but anc isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. These fit in the ear canal and block almost as much noise, as the new Sony WF-1000xm3 ( I have those as well)Sound is perfect. Great , mids, highs. Maximum volume is probably the highest of all the current top $250 and below wireless ear buds. I’ve tried many of them. Including Bose sound sports, the new sennheiser Momentum’s, jabras, and a few others.Battery life really is 7+hours not including standby. You could have these in all day playing music/podcasts off and on and make it to bed. The case has three full recharges. They’re also really lite and comfortable. You may need to get use to putting/pushing them in the ear canal. They stay in if you have them seated as intended. I have experienced no ear discomfort, ymmv.I use them all day at work. I’m an electrician working in a fast paced, dirty environment. Think saw dust, insulation, drywall dust, and sweat. No issues. I bought two additional pairs, one for my brothers birthday and a back up for me.Tips and consTip:- if either bud or both lose connection. Either from walking to far from device or randomly:1-hold in the ear bud button on the side you originally paired for three seconds. Do not hold and wait for a beep. Just three seconds and let go. It will pair backup. Then do the opposite side the same way. They will pair back together perfectly.-you can also hold down both (while in your ears) for three seconds and letting go. Do not hold and wait for a beep or anything. That worked well too, however you cannot predict which bud will pair to the phone as the master. The cons:- if you drop the battery case they will go flying.-if you place them in the battery case and they recharge using up the last of the cases battery life, they will connect to your phone. It seems the case electronically prevents them from connecting to your device when charging or sitting in them. This hasn’t been a big issue for me.-finicky. When pairing originally, you can select the left or right earbud. Select the side you primarily keep your phone located (left/right Pocket) not doing this may cause some transmission issues even near lots of potential interference, which I have found to be large metal equipment. (For me this is certain construction equipment indoors and close together) or of I have my tool belt on and have my hand tools covering or on the side of my Phone pocket. You probably won’t have the issues I’ve had.

Surprised Klipsch puts their name on this...
By greggrohde on Reviewed in the United States on August 17, 2020
I really wanted like this product. I did a TON of research before buying. A few other reviews basically had me deciding between this, the Sony 1000XM3 and the Senheiser Momentum’s. Due to price point I figured I would try these first. I was woefully disappointed when I got them paired and in my ears. First thought was- right I have the wrong size tips- so I swapped them to the larger size (that didn’t work so I changed back to the mediums again- definitely the right size for me) I mean ultimately I just couldn’t stop thinking, wait... this is a Klipsch product? The sound profile was just so incredibly empty. I mean The white earbuds that come with your iPhone are a godsend compared to these. The bass was not there unless I jammed them way inside my ears and then smiled. Then and only then did it show up (and it was still weak). Mids were grainy and high end had this almost pixelated feel to it. I felt like I was chewing on pretzels while someone was grinding metal in the background. Not only were they boring but I could stop thinking, why should I keep listening to these when I have other pairs that sound so much nicer. Honestly, I had to force myself to give these things a proper chance.Next I tried the app. After updating each earpiece (which actually took way longer than I expected), I started with the EQ (thinking that this is what I was missing all along). However after playing with the EQ in depth and listing to multiple genres of music they when right back In their case and up onto eBay.I have been waiting for wireless headphones to catch up to the wired world and was hoping this would surprise me. It definitely did- just not in the way I was hoping.Headphones I own:- Bose Quietcomfort 20 wired noise cancelling headphones (the best earbuds I’ve heard to date)- Alclair Audio Reference custom IEM’s triple driver wired (never got me the right fit- sound profile never really did it for me- I always found myself reaching for the Bose above due to comfort and sound quality).- Status Audio - Structure (love these wireless earbuds- dual driver brilliant full sound - not quite the Bose, but for the lack of wire are my go to earphones). Worth a look and price point is amazing.Positives:- Beautiful sturdy case- Good looking earpiece- Lightweight- Warranty looks good at 2 years- Craftsmanship appears to be qualityCons:- Poor sound quality - well below expected- Adjusting in the ear was challenging to get it to sound its best- Clunky app- When adjusting in the ear I kept hitting the buttonLast thing I will mention here. I’m a huge fan of Klipsh. I have a sub of theirs and absolutely love the brilliance Ana responsiveness behind it. Additionally, I have owned a 7.1 surround sound system of theirs (some years back) and was massively in love with it. It did everything I wanted and more. I mention this because I think it’s important as you read my notes above I had an expectation here that simply just wasn’t met.Hope this helps someone.
