I love this thing, fits my 17inch laptop easy with room to spare. It has a fair amount of padding where I feel like my laptop is decently protected. I wouldn't get aggressive with it. Fit all sorts of other files, notepads, pens and chargers. It's a great buy.

I have a large laptop. It fits well in this case. The padding is not as generous as I prefer, but I use it infrequently and so am careful out of necessity. But well made and has plenty of pockets, space for writing materials and other office related items.
