Overall the quality is very good for the price. It is fast for general browsing and basic functions, but not a gamer machine. Does not have a touch screen, but the mouse pad works well.

Dissapointed in Quality of Chromebook

Bought it for my daufhter to do school homework, I received mine next day but it was dirty the screen waa scratched it had a dent on one of the corners. The chromebook itself is ok but it was expected. Just dissapointed about the quality, not sure if it was inspected in the dark with no lights on or at all. Buyer beware as you may get the same result we did. Be sure you have some cleaning wipes to clean it with once it arrives.

The screen has a scratch in it towards the upper top. I understand that it is renewed, just wish the description would have identified the scratch. Otherwise works great, long battery life.

I received this lab top damaged. Keyboard wasn’t working with a scratch across the screen. Returned it and was mailed a second one. Second came in worse condition more marks and broken latch holding it together scratch still across the screen. Not my best purchase but reliable service. Refunded with out a problem.

The outside of the product was scratched in multiple places. I charged it overnight before trying to power it on, and the next day when I unplugged it it wouldn’t power on at all unless it was plugged in. Very disappointed and very cleared it was not thoroughly inspected or tested at all before being shipped to me.
