Works Great! But there is a small quirk...

My '05 Sansui lives again! Great device have my Roku and bluray player running though it and picture quality and sound is great! (I like to game on my HD while I watch Sports and movies on my CRT and vice versa) Would definitently recommend for anyone else who still hangs on to a blast from the past. Now for the minor quirk: **Plug in the the power supply BEFORE you connect your HDMI cable or you will not get a signal** Also: if you disconnect the power supply the device still draws power via the HDMI cable staying *on* without a signal and won't shut off so you need to disconnect all cables and use the above method to get a signal again. Other than that this device is a must have and I'm glad to have it handy!

NO Power Cord !!! No Instructions!!! Highly Disappointed !!! Not at all like Amazon Standard of Quality !!! Will send back if I can't get resolved. It's useless as is. I followed up with Customer service for help. I got the Most Unhelpful Representative I have ever encountered with Amazon. During call it was hard to understand what was being said. Background noise during the call was terrible. Loud laughter, loud talking in the background, sounded like representative was at a large noisy party and she was preoccupied with what was going on in the room where she was taking the call and she didn't really care about my issue. With customer service like this why would I want to renew my Amazon Prime???.
