Apple MR8U2AM/A Apple Wireless Charging Case for Air

I lost my AirPod case and decided to purchase a new one (this one). It shipped really fast, but the problem came about when I put my AirPods inside the case to charge them. The case only synchronized the pods to my phone from the case, but not while the pods are in my ears. I’ve resynchronized them with my phone several times, but the case never allows the pods to play outside of the case. I have a different set of AirPods and case that I used the case to synchronized the Pods that I have that are without a case with, and the pods work fine, so my conclusion is that it is the case itself and the sensor detection inside the case. There is a difference in the weight of the case that I originally got from Apple and the Case that I’ve ordered from Amazon. And in addition, I’ve noticed that they were assembled in different locations ( the one directly from Apple was Assembled in China, and the one I ordered from Amazon was Assembled in Vietnam.)
