Charged twice

The first time I ordered this ,I had to return it because it deflated within the first 24 hours. I sent pictures and the people at FUNBOY quickly replaced it but never asked, sent or said anything about returning it. I assumed it was just replaced and recycled the deflated original. Then, I see I was charged again. So I have now paid over $50 for a pool floaty that STILL doesn't quite hold its air:(
