Anker Surge Protector Power Strip (Open Box)

My original purchase was February 19th 2020 and after almost 2 years, I'm due for a replacement and I can say my overall feelings on this one are mixed. Does it do it's job well as an extension? Yeah. What about as a surge protector? I dunno, never had a surge to test it. My real issue however, comes at the plug. Bulbous, knobby thing that only tapers in towards the prongs. It has a thick cable coming out the corner, but it's not much help when you're trying to plug in anything near it other than a standard connection. Many times over the years I've tried to plug in other things, only to get interference with this bulky, non-swiveling design. Just today I got one of those wireless ethernet bridge things and couldn't connect it because the surge was in the way. I'm fed up with it and will begin shopping for a replacement that has a swivel plug, but I liked the rest of it. The USB ports made for easy phone charging, the outlets aren't a hassle, and the long plug comes with a velcro tie for cable management. The outlets also don't come with dust covers, so keep that in mind. It's okay, I guess.
