Serious Back Relief

I was suffering for years with low back pain, as a long time auto mechanic now in his late 50's. This machine help me get the relief I needed so badly. I have a friend that also was dealing with back pain for years and I turned him onto this machine as well. He said it was life changer for him. Years of back pain gone. The add on TV showing a person hanging upside down, is not recommended. It puts too much of a strain on the lower body joints. All you have to do, is use the limiting strap that comes with it and it will put you at the right angle without the strain. You'll have to experiment on how many times a day or week, that will work for your issue. Everyone's case is different.

I’m actually pretty disappointed with this, my less expensive, heavier off brand was so much easier to use. This is easier to move around and store but for practical use, my INNOVA ITM5900 was better. The foot tighten/loosen was easier to manipulate, the going upside down and coming back up right was easier, and this just feels cheap.
