Red Wing Mens 6" Moc Leather Boots, 9.5 US

These boots were made in 2011 just like the customer below this review. I took them to a local Red Wing store to have them verify their authenticity, and they said they were real however they were clearly factory 2nds. The Red Wing logo's were completely off centered from each other and they shouldn't even be on this boot because it's not present on the photos due to the fact that this model made after 2013 doesn't have the logo on them period. Besides getting a 4.5- 5 year old boot the leather was in ok condition and the representative said that besides minor cosmetic defects and needing to condition the boot ASAP, that I got a pretty good deal. I've decided to keep them only because I need them now, but it would have been nice for Amazon to state that they were factory 2nds and reduce the price even more to compensate for selling a 5 year old leather boot that's supposed to be "brand new." Coincidentally this is my 5th year being an Amazon member and this is my first subpar review ever, but I'm hoping this was a one time fluke and that as a prime member I'll be treated better in the future.
