Great quality, great price

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished camera but this thing looks brand new, just that it doesn’t come with original boxing but came with all the paperwork and guides needed to get this setup. It was true plug and play and zoom and Microsoft Teams recognized the camera right away and it was easy to start using. The microphone works well too so no need to purchase an additional one. All in all this was a great purchase and well within the budget I was dealing with. Would recommend to the zoom user or Microsoft teams user. Camera quality is good and the focus stays on you even while you’re moving around

Not as clear as my built-in web camera

This is my 1st time of trying an external webcam. I expected a transcendental improvement over the built-in webcam of my laptop. But this was not the case. It was NOT even as clear as soon as I plugged it. I will be returning it immediately. For the records, I use a Lenovo 2021 Think Pad( Intel Corei5)-RAM 16G, internal memory 1000G. The Lenovo cam surprisingly is a lot CLEARER.
