Oakley 0OO9406 06 37-137-140 Oakley Men's Oo9406 Sutro Sung (Open Box)

I tried these on a 20 mile ride. By the end of the ride, I couldn't help but perceive this feeling of "too much weight on my face". These glasses weigh over double my other riding glasses from Tifosi. These Sutros are very comfortable both my Roman/Italian nose and my ears/side of head, but they are so, so heavy. Making matters worse, they leave massive gaps between the glasses and my face and I ended up with dust in my eyes which never happened with my Tifosi or other glasses that hug my face better. On YouTube, I see reviewers galore raving about these things, but they never mention their heavy weight and I can see the fit on their face showing massive gaps just like my face. This makes very little sense for protective eyewear... going downhill, I can achieve 30-40 mph and if something flies up toward my eye, I want it stopped by my riding glasses, not given numerous big gaps to sneak in and potentially cause a crash. They look cool, if you like the ski goggle from the 80's look, but they are form over function in my view. Regarding the Prizm Road Jade lens... it definitely looks cool. But it makes the beautiful outside world look akin to the filters they put on the cameras for zombie movies. It's like I'm looking at a dystopian world compared to a the red/pink-ish looking Prizm Road, Prizm Torch, or Prizm Ruby. I don't feel like I'm benefiting from this particular lens in any way except maybe the fact the lens color jives with my bike color.
