Amazon Basics 100-Foot Extension Cord

My outdoor Christmas lights, attached to a heavy-duty 100' cord, began to flicker, short in and out, and crackle! Lots of research later, I chose this replacement due to price, reviews, and special features. It came today, is installed, and no more problems. It's really heavy-duty weight, the ends are lighted for visibility, you get three places to plug in at the end (!) and each end seems seamlessly sealed from weather. It was raining when my old cord started misbehaving, but this one is handling rain just fine. One note: I'm not sure why everyone wants their cord to be visible, but if you are in that camp, surely this cord in orange can be seen from outer space. I rather wished for a mossy green, blend-in-the-landscape sort of cord, but no, you just have to accept a long orange snake as part of your holiday decorations:)
