Not Legitimate Keurig Machine

Absolutely terrible and Amazon would not guarantee. I purchased this in Feb for a gift for my son. Gave it to him in June when he moved into his apartment. He tried to used it and from the first try it did not work. Contacted customer service at Keurig and they had me send photo of serial number and proof of purchase. Keurig said they would not honor the warranty because the serial number was not legitimate and seller was unauthorized. It is fraud if Amazon is selling products that do not have legitimate serial numbers. Very disappointed in Amazon. Contacted Amazon and they refused to make it right by allowing a return and issuing a refund. Edited: After persistence, Amazon issued Amazon credit for the Keurig. Thank you to Ashley at Amazon who made this right.

Piece of junk, all 3 of them!!!

Another Edit: Contacted Keurig to get a FOURTH replacement because they won't give me a refund. After jumping through a ridiculous amount of hoops, and at one point they wouldn't even send a replacement, I had to go through the troubleshooting again and when it didn't work, she agreed to send a replacement. Then she wanted the order number, which I had already given her, so she said she wanted to order number from Keurig. I DON'T HAVE AN ORDER NUMBER FROM KEURIG!!! I didn't order it from Keurig. I ordered it from Amazon so now she said they can't send me a replacement. I finally screamed at her and hung up. Worst company in the world, besides the fact that it is extremely difficult to understand the rep. I had to repeatedly ask her to repeat what she said. Sometimes, I could only understand maybe one out of ten words and then try to decipher what she said. I can't say enough bad things about Keurig. I offered to send all three back, just for the record. I highly recommend the Ninja single serve that uses K-cups plus it has a basket that you can use ground coffee. I freaking love it. Thanks to my wonderful, generous niece who heard my story about the Keurig and got me the Ninja at Christmas. I am in love and will never buy another Keurig product. Edit: third coffee pot they sent still does the same thing. Works a few times, then it won't for about 10-12 times. Worst piece of cr@p I've ever bought in my life. I don't see.the point in getting a 4th one. Sick of this. The first one I received would occasionaly work but many times not until running it thru the steps six times, then it would finally brew. Was sent a replacement and it had the same issue tho not as frequently. Just received another replacement and it worked on the first try but don't know of it will continue. Also, the "strong" brew button doesn't seem to have any effect on any of the 3 machines. Wanted to replace my larger original 2.0 machine because I don't like the fact that you can't drain the water out to clean it. The single serve doesn't hold water inside of it but it also doesn't brew all of the time. I have spent as long as half an hour repeating the process without it ever heating the water. It empties the reservoir and then just sits there until it turns off. If this third one has the same issue, I might take a hammer to it and smash it to smithereens. And customer service is extremely difficult to understand. Had to keep asking her over and over to repeat what she said. Some of it I never figured out. Frustrating.
