Incredible value

Pros: Very bright, Dolby Vision HDR is incredible, dark areas are easily seen even with non-HDR, Alexa and Google compatable, easy to customize-calibrated picture close to perfect out of the box. Con: Speakers produce cheap sound (not an issue if you use a sound bar or receiver), occasional banding, Full HDR Color needs to be enabled per HDMI input to get the most out of the set. In short: Cons are minor IMHO this Vizio set is an incredible value and picture quality rivals Samsung's top of the line Quantum sets.

BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!

At first I was quite happy with the purchase, even though I was leery about it being a refurb. However, my fears came true and it started blinking and areas of the screen would be too dark. I took a video (attached) and shared it with them but they said they won't help me and that I'm now out $1000+ on a TV I bought less than 4 months ago! Unacceptable! As for the TV itself, it had moments when it was bright and wonderful, displaying 4k HDR movies and video games brilliantly. But apparently whatever 'refurb' they did wasn't good enough. I'd also like to point out, when I pulled it out of the box after it arrived, screws fell out of the back... the ones that hold the back on. Poor quality assurance! AVOID THIS COMPANY!
