VIZIO P75-F1 P-Series 75" 4K HDR Smart TV

The 75" Vizio P series was a replacement for my 55" Vizio M series 240hz tv. I have to say it's a big upgrade on all fronts: picture quality, smart features, and size. Picture Quality: The dark scenes are amazing due to the enhanced lighting zones and black levels. 4k HDR content is brilliant but I was also blown away with the way my it handled my 1080p blu-rays. Compared to a 1080p 240hz tv, the motion is far more natural with less of the soap opera effect. The only two things keeping me from giving it 5 stars for picture quality are: Viewing angle - You'll want to make sure you don't plan on watching this tv from a side angle. The colors wash out pretty quickly as you move to the side. Due to the size of the tv, the further away you have it, the greater your viewing area becomes. Color banding - There's some color banding in light scenes but not something that will distract. For most, it won't even be noticeable. Remote Control: Not a lot to say here. The remote works and even controls my Vizio soundbar without any additional setup. It's pretty compact and has a handful of app specific buttons. Smart Features: The included apps on this tv work great. It has just about everything you need but also provides casting so you can watch HBO Go without the native app on the tv itself. The Vizio app provides way more control with the ability to cast directly from the app and call up a full keyboard for punching in search criteria. Alexa integration was seamless for me but the list of commands is pretty much limited to input select, volume, and power. Until they include voice app integration like play, pause, and launch, I can't give it 5 stars.
