Great addition to my home decor!

I purchased this in January and the glass was broken despite being well packed. Amazon was great about the return process and I received a replacement very quickly. It is a super cute and well made candle holder/lamp. It looks as great as II hoped! It was a little spendy but worth it for the decor accent I was looking for. Very easy to open and set up. I am really pleased with it.

Lantern easily fits 3" diameter pillar candle " Not True!

I bought this lantern rather then the other Lantern this store sells (The other one I really wanted and cost less money) But I bought this one because the description says, "easily fits a 3" diameter pillar candle. " The lantern DOES NOT fit a 3 inch pillar candle. A very tight fit. I had to squeeze the candle in and decided that that's not safe. Or you have to shave off the bottom of the candle for the candle to fit. Also In the directions that come with the lantern, states to use a 2.5 inch candle, not a 3" candle. The other lantern I wanted to buy, but stated in that lantern description "to use a 2.5" Pillar candle." I made a point to measure the bottom of my pillar candles before I bought and saw most are 3" wide. Also it's not easy at all to put a lighted candle in the Lateran, that's another horror story.
