Modem speed is consistently around 400 Mbps which is what I pay for to my isp, also it looks new even though it was sold as a refurbished item.

Completely died after 1.5 years. Worked fine until now. Just stopped getting power. Tried multiple outlets, no lights, no nothing just died. I got a refurbished one. No warranty or support. Ugg.
