Get it you will not be disappointed

Phillips hue knocked it out the park with the hue product line. It's brite só many color and scene (different colors like Hawaiian sunset etc.) Easy to use. The only thing I see that's really bad is that the strip lights can be cut but Phillips itself doesn't sell the attachments for it ( 90 degree turn ) or anything that can help you reattach the cut strip light to the rest of the line. So say you have 2 strip light you cut one top fit where you going to put it. Now you have your other strip light plus the cut part you cant attach it back to make it longer. Which sucks they do sell 3rd party ones but I would prefer uhd the maker would sell it that way you know it will work 100% other than that this is the greatest thing I've purchased in a long time

Poor Customer Service Windsor

I didn't know it at the time but I inadvertently bought a "certified refurbished" Philips Lightstrip unit from Windsor, It doesn't work and when I called the warranty number Windsor has a ridiculous message saying that their customer service phone system is "being upgraded" so you have to email them. Pathetic. The Hue lightstrip they sent lights up but can't be found by the Hue hub and so it can't be controlled by the app. I wanted to see if it would work if I swapped it out for an existing (working) bridge, but the Windsor unit even has a different size power adaptor connection so I couldn't see if the strip would work with a different adaptor. Stay away from the refurbished units. Certified fail.
