I wear a size 10 , you will have a finger and 1/2 worth of space upfront by the toes. I feel that's enough of space because I can spread my toes out. The shoe is heavy and as a real solid sole. No imperfections at all . Jet black color. Looks more like a teenis shoe boot which makes the shoe more casual looking . Real easy to out on just pull the tab in the back to help guide your feet inside the shoe. Shoe does squeak, idk if that will go away. Shoe may hurt for a week or so untill it gets broken into. Again I wear mens 10 and women size 11 or 10 1/2 I feel this size 10 is perfect no complaints. Packaging came in a brown box and came individually wrapped in tissue paper and brown paper. With tissue paper inside each shoe as well. I recommend because it seems like the shoe will last a few years. Ankle support amazing very stiff so your ankle won't noble around . Comfortable along the sides of my feet doesn't feel like I will get splinters or burns . Make a L with you thumb and pointer finger, place pointer finger to the ground. That's how far the shoe comes up your leg where your thumb stops. Easy cleaning just wipe them down .
